Catherine J. Ashley (called Cathy by everyone but her mother) is a writer, author of a benefits briefing paper Universal Credit and the Self Employed and numerous articles in Permaculture Magazine and The Land.
She is currently studying for an MA Professional Writing, working on a dystopian romance thriller called The Scottish Exiles and a screenplay called From Wedding To Wake. She has been keeping a journal since 1990, and sometimes drafts legal documents and other boring stuff.
She has lots to say about lots of things but sometimes simply ends up quoting Basil Fawlty, Reginald Perrin or Arthur Dent. She has a tuneless song called I’m a Lucky Parker, which doesn’t sound very nice but really works.
You can contact her via Facebook.
